These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of gctrustedbuilders.com (the Site) and the services provided by GC Trusted Builders LLC (we, us, our). By using the Site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide home services in Melbourne, FL and Brevard County. Specific services available, pricing, and scheduling are described on the Site, in written estimates, and in any signed service agreements.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are based on the information you provide and a reasonable initial review. The final invoice may differ if conditions discovered during the work require additional materials or labor. We will notify you of material changes before performing the additional work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on the Site or in your invoice. Past-due balances may incur interest and collection costs as permitted by law.
4. Warranties
Workmanship and parts warranties are described in the relevant service agreement or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment apply per the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover damage from abuse, accident, neglect, or modifications by other parties.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by calling (321) 339-1373 or emailing gctrustedbuildersllc@gmail.com. We ask for as much notice as possible. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows; if applicable, the fee is disclosed at booking.
6. Site Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site to violate any law or regulation
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise the Site's security or operation
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to extract data from the Site
- Submit false information through forms
We may suspend or block access to anyone who violates these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by GC Trusted Builders LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission, except for reasonable personal or non-commercial reference.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GC Trusted Builders LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
This section does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Disputes

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify GC Trusted Builders LLC from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through a Site banner, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
